To support the increasing number of customers, James Smith has joined the business as Business Consultant responsible for the development of the Excelpoint platform into customer-specific automated business systems. James recently completed a three-year degree in computer game design at Teesside University, followed by a post-graduate degree in game development. He went on to lecture part-time at the University. As a Business Consultant, James will draw on his wealth of development and programming knowledge to configure and integrate the Excelpoint software into scalable solutions to meet customer requirements. He will deliver end-to-end business process solutions including CRM, planning and resourcing, manufacturing, compliance, health and safety and HR processes, amongst others, and will be committed to providing customers with exceptional customer experience.
